The Healow Patient Portal provides communication with the Physician’s office by offering convenient access from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Simply download the app from your phone’s app store, install, and provide the practice code GBJABD to get started!
Medical History: View your medical history. Medical history includes your Problem List, Allergies, Immunization Record, and Medication List.
Request Refills From Your Doctor: Request refills of authorized medications before you run out. Improved compliance means improved health outcomes.
Lab Reports: View the results of labs, imaging studies, and procedures once your healthcare provider has reviewed them.
The practice code is a unique identifier that connects your installation of the Healow app to your medical provider’s practice. Every practice has a different practice code.
After installing Healow, provide it with the practice code GBJABD to access your practice’s information!
